Product Description

The valve introduces domestic supporting components of foreign wheel loaders such as 950b/966d/980s, matches with DJD series pilot valves, and is mainly matched with the hydraulic system of working devices of large and medium-sized loaders such as ZL40 /zl50/zl60, bulldozers and other large and medium-sized construction machinery, so as to realize the lifting and lowering of large arms and the turnover of buckets;
1. Controlled by pressure reducing proportional pilot valve:
1) Realize the function of controlling the actuator with small control force;
2) The micro motion characteristics of the multi-channel valve are greatly improved;
3) Facilitate pipeline layout and reduce pressure loss of the system.
2. Safety valve, overload valve and one-way valve all adopt plug-in structure, with good universality and easy maintenance;
3. It is matched with DJs pilot valve to realize the four position floating function of boom linkage, which greatly simplifies the structure of the traditional four position main valve;
4. According to customers' requirements, there are two-way and three way structure valves for users to choose.
