The material of key parts is strictly guaranteed according to the standard.Such as shell material QT450 or RuT400 or HT300,Gear shaft 20CrMnTiH(Genuine LaiGang steel plant).

The thickness,hardness,tensile strength, Tooth form and phase and other performance indicators of the cast iron & gear shaft are strictly guaranteed by the furnace front analyzer, tensile tester, leeb hardness tester, gear testing center, CMM and other testing instruments.
