Product Description

The installation method of threaded cartridge valve is to directly screw the thread into the valve block, which is generally composed of valve body, valve sleeve, valve core, seal and control parts. It has the advantages of small volume, compact structure, small internal leakage, easy installation and maintenance.

It is widely used in hydraulic systems of construction machinery such as forklift, loader, excavator, truck crane, agricultural machinery and other vehicles.

It can be divided into three categories: pressure valve, flow valve and directional valve according to their roles and functions. The diameters range from 3 to 32. The maximum pressure can reach 30MPa and the maximum flow is 300L / min.

The valve core is made of Gr15 / 20CrMnTi and other materials. The surface is quenched or carburized and quenched by heat treatment. The matching parts are processed by fine boring, fine honing and internal grinding to ensure dimensional and behavioral tolerance.
